3 Tips On Staying Organized While Traveling

Staying organized while traveling? There is such a thing.

1. Have your toiletries in a separate bag within your luggage to avoid unwanted spills, and a reusable shopping bag for dirty clothes or wet swimsuits.
2. If you are staying in a hotel unpack right away to avoid frustration later. Always triple check for hidden belongings when leaving.
3. When traveling with children, pack an additional bag specifically for them, so all of their items are right at your fingertips when you need them.

Take a little stress out of traveling by thinking ahead. Vacations are supposed to be fun! Don't spend the whole time searching for your child's bear or what you want to wear that day. By unpacking upon arrival you avoid these extra annoyances.

Closet Organizing - Before And After Photos

Everyone loves before and after photos! However, most of my clients do not like me to publish them. I am very grateful for having the go ahead to post these.

This is a fairly common closet job. I began by pulling everything out. Donating clothing to a great cause allowed my client to feel better about himself and allowed us to have some working space. I had a contractor come in and build some easy closet shelving so that my senior client could easily access his wardrobe. We finished purging and and he will take time each day to put everything back. (Practice makes perfect!)
